This study aims to evaluate the implementation of educational supervision techniques at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Al-Hamidy Banyuanyar Pamekasan. The institution is known to apply three main supervision techniques in conducting academic and professional development for teachers. The research employs a qualitative approach with an exploratory design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the supervision practices within the madrasah. Data analysis refers to Alfonso’s theory, which highlights three behavioral systems of educational supervision: academic supervisory behavior, teachers’ academic behavior, and students’ learning behavior. The findings show that the implementation of educational supervision at MA Al-Hamidy has had a positive impact on improving the quality of learning. First, academic supervisory behavior shows improvement in planning, implementation, and follow-up supervision. Second, teachers’ academic behavior has undergone significant changes in terms of discipline, creativity, and pedagogical competence. Third, students’ learning behavior has also improved, including motivation, participation, and learning outcomes.
